## Hands-on with AI

Has always built side projects to stay hands-on, writing the code himself, and lately builds most of them with AI coding tools. At UW, his graduate research centered on LLM-powered experiences, including how people come to trust them. More projects: [GitHub](https://github.com/saksham7saxena).

- **Mood Light:** A sentiment classifier that drives an Arduino light. TF-IDF features and logistic regression, trained on 27K labeled tweets; predictions reach the board over serial. - **Soundscapes of Place:** A browser instrument that synthesizes city ambience in real time with the Web Audio API, from oscillators, filtered noise and envelopes rather than recordings. ## Off the roadmap

- Filmmaking: short films with more than 1M organic views on YouTube; Best Fresher and later Best Representative at the IIT Delhi Photography and Film-Making Club
- Photography: travel photography across 16 countries
- Piano: picked up as a kid, still plays occasionally
- Fitness: running, hiking, kayaking, biking and skating (a Seattle 10K, Rattlesnake Ledge, Union Bay, Santa Monica to Venice, Wollman Rink)
